🎯 Your Mission
- Active headhunting — finding and attracting top talent on the market.
- Presenting projects and job opportunities in a way that makes candidates want to join the team.
- Creating engaging social media content (you will receive input and support) — short videos about the job market, trends, technology, etc. are welcome.
- Building your personal brand as a recruitment influencer.

🔍 What We Expect

- Determination and independence — you know how to deliver results.
- Experience in call centers or sales is a plus but not required.
- Mandatory: Spoken and written English at a minimum B2 level.
